Cuckoo collects business contact information only to respond to home appliance OEM/ODM inquiries and support project communication. We use this information in a practical B2B context: understanding your category, routing your request and keeping follow-up tied to the project you described.
Forms may collect your name, company, email, market, product category, annual volume and project notes. We may also receive information you send by email during quotation, sample or packaging discussions. This can include artwork references, benchmark products, destination market notes, certification expectations and launch deadlines that help us prepare a useful response.
We use submitted information to evaluate project feasibility, route your request, prepare quotation details, discuss sample planning and follow up on sourcing questions. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may use the information to prepare sample suggestions, compare product categories, coordinate packaging review, estimate compliance scope and follow up on open RFQ questions.
When necessary, project details may be shared with relevant production, compliance or logistics partners for quotation and feasibility review. Shared information is limited to the project purpose. For example, a compliance partner may receive destination-market details, while a packaging partner may receive carton dimensions and artwork requirements, but not unrelated business notes.
Because appliance sourcing conversations often continue across samples, artwork changes and replenishment planning, Cuckoo may keep relevant RFQ records for reasonable business continuity. We keep only what helps us understand the project history and respond responsibly.
You may request correction or removal of your contact information by emailing the RFQ desk. We keep project records only as long as needed for business communication, legal requirements and reasonable service continuity. If you no longer want Cuckoo to contact you, tell us through the RFQ desk and we will remove your contact from active follow-up unless retention is required for a legitimate business or legal reason.
